Svanehøj to provide pumps for 15 LNG dual-fuel container vessels

Danish marine pump specialist Svanehøj has won an order from China’s Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding to provide fuel pump methods for 15 new build dual-fuel LNG container vessels (7000 TEU).

The 30 deepwell gasoline pumps shall be delivered between August 2022 and January 2024.
This is considered one of Svanehøj’s largest LNG fuel-related orders to date. It can be the second LNG gasoline pump techniques order that Jiangsu New Yangzi Shipbuilding has placed with Svanehøj within the final year. In July 2021, Svanehøj signed a contract to supply deepwell pumps for 10 dual-fuel LNG container vessels (15 000 TEU).
Svanehøj quadrupled sales of its patented deepwell fuel pumps in 2021, and says there are numerous indications that gross sales may improve even additional in 2022.
