Following a profitable pilot venture, InfraCo Africa, part of the Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG), has signed a Shareholders’ Agreement and a Loan Agreement with Bonergie Irrigation SAS (Bonergie Irrigation) to proceed supporting the size up of the venture.
Under the new agreements, InfraCo Africa will maintain a big minority shareholding in Bonergie Irrigation, committing an extra US$2.four million to substantially scale up farmers’ access to high quality irrigation solutions in Senegal.
