US industrial distributor and repair provider OTC Industrial Technologies has acquired ePumps, a Tulsa, Oklahoma-headquartered provider of pumps, mechanical seals, vacuum systems and compressors.

ePumps can also be a full-service supplier of all kinds of rotating tools, with in-house and area service capabilities. The company has three locations serving Oklahoma and the Texas Panhandle area and a team of 28 workers.
The acquired enterprise will function underneath OTC’s Pump Motor Technology (PMT) Group.
