Manufacturers of meals and different hygienically processed products face the problem of maintaining reproducible processes in order that their products have the looks, style, and consistency that consumers anticipate.
GEA has designed the VARIVENT MX with parts that maintain merchandise from mixing with the cleansing liquid, even under distinctive hundreds. The cavity chamber is fitted with a vacuum self-drainage system and balancers on both valve discs. For maximum bodily security, GEA makes use of the Venturi impact which is created by the special shape of the circulate channels, inflicting a vacuum on the other seal during lifting, preventing pressure increases. As เกจวัดแรงดันสูง , no cleansing liquid can enter the alternative pipe carrying the product whereas a valve seat is being lifted or cleaned, even when a seal is flawed.
When new systems are set up and adjusted in a short time, there is a larger threat of overpressure throughout operation. The valve discs should stay in place when water hammer occurs, and the valve must remain closed. For เพรสเชอร์เกจวัดแรงดันน้ำ , GEA has equipped the valve discs in both pipelines with balancers – stress compensators. This makes the closed valve proof against water hammer up to 50 bar within the upper and lower pipelines. The new MX valve type also has an integrated balancer cleaning device. It ensures that the balancer is completely flushed from the surface during seat lifting at the same time as cleaning-in-place is going down. All surfaces in contact with the product can be cleaned without any further parts protecting the product from contamination.
