เกจวัดแรงดันสูญญากาศ has agreed to acquire National Vacuum Equipment Inc, a US manufacturer of industrial vacuum pumps and packages for cellular use on tanker vehicles.
Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment employs round 100 folks.
“The acquisition will add to our vacuum solutions portfolio, permitting us to enter the currently untapped cell vacuum market,’’ mentioned Geert Follens, Atlas Copco‘s Business Area President Vacuum Technique.
When the acquisition closes, National Vacuum will turn out to be part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, within Atlas Copco’s Vacuum Technique enterprise area.
